Chase Garner has been a dedicated member of the Environmental Enhancements team since 2019, bringing a lifetime of hands-on landscaping experience to every project. Mentored from an early age by his father, Jeff Garner, a seasoned industry expert, Chase has grown up immersed in the world of landscaping. His deep-rooted knowledge spans field operations, customer service, and all facets of landscape management. With a natural eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Chase excels in creating and maintaining vibrant, sustainable outdoor spaces. His approachable demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction make him a valued point of contact for both residential and commercial clients. Born and bred in Austin, Leffler Ross Ramey is not just an business owner; he’s a visionary. His journey with the land began on sixteen untouched acres in Manor, TX, where every day was a lesson in nature’s intricacies.
With over a decade immersed in permaculture, he proudly holds a Permaculture Design Certificate from the renowned Australian expert, Geoff Lawton. Yet, it’s not just formal education that defines Ross. His hands have toiled in farms, volunteered in community projects, and battled regions where drought casts a long shadow. These experiences shaped his unique approach to landscaping—one where beauty meets purpose.

Ross believes that a landscape should be more than just visually pleasing. It should be a thriving, sustainable ecosystem. His dedication to merging aesthetics with ecological concepts sets him apart. But more than anything, it’s his genuine passion that shines through, making every Gaia’s project a masterpiece.

Brad comes to us from some of the largest landscape distributors in the heart of Texas. He has over 18 years of experience in landscaping, sales, and customer service. He provides top tier and certified knowledge on plant health and agronomy. Additionally he graduated from East Texas A&M with a BS in Science focusing on statistics and research. He is happy to help with any project no matter how big or small, and wants to serve the needs of others before himself.
